Heartsy Gemini

My name is Sylvie LeBlanc, a self taught artist. I live and create these unique art pieces out of my home in Memramcook, N.B.

Back in 2015; after a long walk on one of my favorite local beach, I got inspired by some shells and a piece of driftwood. That's when the magic all started and I created my first flower. I have created many artwork by using pebbles, sea glass, driftwood, rusted metal... I like to reuse and repurpose different and unique materials that I find on our local beaches, at yard sales and salvage yards. I have since evolved a little each year. Since 2020 I started using recycled metal of all colors to create unique artworks.

I've been seeing and finding hearts for the longest time, including many heart shaped rocks. I started adding a heart shaped rock or two to every piece I make, and it's become my signature. My business name HeArtsy Gemini, is a combination of the word Heart and Artsy.
